Can't log in to game with download from website?

I redownloaded Warmane websites Wrath 3.3.5a file and check realmlist but everytime I try and log in with my warmane account it takes awhile and says contact user support. I changed my password and checked old password and new password a few times just to make sure. I can log on to warmane with ease. I have never used the forum before and I have never experienced this problem with warmane. Can anyone help??

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Followed these steps, I have restarted my pc twice now to be sure and have changed the properties and took away the "read-only" and it still wont connect after a min of reading connecting when logging in. still the same Unable to login.
