When i go to the donation panel it says 135 coins for 100 euros ( 100 + 35 bonus ) but the 40% bonus coins isn't calculated since this is before the announcement of the bonus coins donations.

So if I donate for 100 euros 135 coins, how much coins will i get in total?

You'll get what you're shown, 135 coins. There are no hidden extra bonus coins you'd get.

100€ will get you 100 coins + 35 bonus coins, totaling 135 coins. So your 100€ will get 35% bonus to your donation.
The next higher tier donation (300€) would get you the 40% bonus to coins, making it 300€ for 300 coins, plus the bonus of 120 coins. Totaling 420 coins.
