Hello , I moved to newly moved to Germany , the problem that I have I feel like playing wotlk again but here in Germany I hear that many people get a really high tickets for downloading torrents and illegal files over the internet, so Is there some kinda way that I can safely download the client without any law trouble ?

I'm not an expert in those sort of things, but I've read that people used VPN, in order to download the game w/o any legal issues, and then they disabled it before logging in, so that their ID wouldn't get banned by warmane. My advice is to wait for more experienced players, who can give you specific details.
