Technical i can't spent my talents

hello i'm fresh dk i finished all the questlin inb the starting zone so after that i tried to spnt my talent's i spend only in the first floor or line or the tree i clicked on
second and thurd nothing happens also i went to trainer and learned all abilitis nothing works so please help me how to fix this bug the screenshout below :

i have 19 left and can't spend them
