Battered hilt

So i was reading a bit of the general chat in Icecrown and Wowhead, it said that battered hilt can drop from an icecrown drake mob, with a 0.1% drop chance, anyone know if thats true?

It can drop from any mob inside Heroic icecrown dungeons(FoS, PoS, HoR). Doesn't matter what kind of mob, drake or whatever, same chance as far as I know.

I believe you are referring to the current wowhead information that sadly is not really accurate for 3.3.5 as current retail patch is 9.+.
I remember that pre-shadowlands event had this issue where all mobs in Icecrown dropped this item.

According to wowwiki the item should drop from mobs and bosses in HOR and this is the only place so far i've seen it drop (Once).

I've seen battered Hilt drop inside Fos, Pos and Hor.
