WotLK Hello! I need help getting apprentice enchanter! Please help!

I'm still a bit new and I want to learn how to enchant. For some reason the enchanter in Darnassus or any for that matter won't teach me how to become an apprentice enchanter. Check the filter tag at the trainer. Perhaps you have only "Unavailable" selected there.
