is there no horde in SV?

when playing in lordaron horde and i am totally new,
every alliance when i got in their sight trying to kill me without ****ing reason in strangelthorn vale.
there is some 80lvs, fully - geared 39-40 lvs, they bullying me and i cannot even clear just one quest,
the only horde in there is me.
why those bunch of *****s keep wandering around near my 38lv newbie's corpse even wasting their time?
super annoying and not funny at all.

try asking in global for help, if that fails then level in a different zone.

yeah i deleted all quest in SV and moving to other map.

It is definitely a pain to level in STV as horde. Unless you play super early in the morning in US time (like 5 - 7 am) expect to get ganked all day long.

Zones you want to avoid during your leveling journey: Tarren Mill, STV, Tanaris, Un'goro, Hellfire (stay as little as possible there).
Those zones are getting ganked 24/7
