    Bug with quest chain

    Hello. I've got a bug with quest chain to Hall of Reflections. The bugged quest is "Path to the Citadel". I dont know how it is exactly happened, but i suppose the quest disappeared from my quest book when i've got kicked from party . Now i dont have this quest in my quest book and cant even cancel it, and at the same time i cant accept this quest from questgiver (Gorkun), cuz he basically just shows me an empty list with quest name and thats all.. Please help!

    The quest "The Path to the Citadel" is offered by Lady Sylvanas Windrunner in Pit of Saron.

    i cant accept it, she's not giving me that quest anymore.
    UPD. just logged in and quest is in my questbook now for some reason, but i didnt have any answers on forum from moderators/helpers/etc..
