hi good work sir i have a problem with point shop i will try to buy trinket show of fate with my discount code but i do someting wrong i click show of fate but i dont click comets trial i have already my mailbox wrong trinket i lose my point and discount code now i need my point back or exchance thats trinker are you help me and i will happy thank you

As far as I know there is no support for Point shop at all.
I guess you can open General inquiry ticket and see what happens.
