Bought coins for brother withot the website giving a warning that u cannot gift for 3 days, now i am stuck with extra coins i do not need, and 3 days waiting time to play with brother. Anything can i do? Ticket opened but no reply.

0. it's mentioned in, I guess a long buried thread here which maybe should be linked somewhere, but it's expected I guess, that most people are aware of it
1. I mean... if you were going to donate anyway, unless you're exalted donor, the gifting fee is probably going to lose you more coins than if you just donated on his account
2. why does he need coins to play the game with you? it's not like this is retail where you need to pay to play (also gifting coins does not give him premium status for queue skip)

Was not aiming for queue skip. we dont not care about the fee of the coins. We are looking to boost his char to 80 to play with us. This is not that hard of a fix. Also the gifting warning should be on the donation page, not in deep buried thread, or even atleast in the gifting section. I feel this is an easy fix if i can get hold of an admin or mod.

You did not buy coins for your brother, you bought them for yourself. What you do with them is your deal and some options requires 3 days wait, which is a good thing.
You can request more info at [email protected], according to terms they might refund you. They might terminate your account also. Everything is explained there.

Don’t you think that it should be atleast mentioned on the gifting page or donation page when buying coins? Not a whole different page that members might not see

It's really easy. You open a ticket in appropriate place according your problem and wait. Easy.
You can blame everyone all day, but in the end you did not do your diligence collecting information on what you are signing up for. I understand frustration tough, simple list of relevant vital information seems to be something taboo. [Things like this 72 hr lock, discount codes not working on legendaries, even basic server rates(gold/skill/rep/questgold)]

I really dunno why you took this personally, as you are just a member. I also did attack or blame anyone. In actualy fact i supported the server in donating,the least i can get it some clarifaction if anyone can help or at the least a reply to my ticket.

I don't know how I took it personally, I'm just trying to direct you to information you should already know. Instead of dealing with the fact and taking proper action you keep going on how you didn't know about 72 hrs wait.
And you expect someone to reply to your ticket RIGHT NOW, so they have to give you some privilege and service you first? Stand in the line like everyone else. Waiting even days is perfectly reasonable, I wouldn't be surprised 72hr lock will expire faster and you will end up wasting your own and everyones time.
