WotLK Sons of hodir quest chain Buged?

I did quest chain , got exalted but i cant interact with quater master. tried to get back to see if thorim gives more quests, and I think he is not giving me forgning an aliance quest that he should give, the main reason for that is mybe cos of human racial to get more reputation i got exalted before the last quest .

The quest chain is not over once you get the exalted, you need to get next quest, go kill 5 giants, get quest item from that giant, do the quest return the forge and then talk with the titan again, and then you should be able to speak with the quartermaster
