WotLK ICC 10 Gunship Loot Box Issues

Hi there.

Last night I was running my first ICC 10 man with my guild and a few pugs. Things were going smoothly if a little slowly until shortly after we killed LDW.

We got stuck in combat and I wasn't sure why. We even wiped and still no change still in combat. We cleared Gunship and arrived at Death Bringer Saurfang and found that the chest was unlootable. Out hunter feigned death to loot the chest but the loot seemed to be stuck.

I promised to make a post about it since our hunter was a pug and his shoulders dropped, I wouldn't say no to that shield either. Please see below image and let me know if there is anything that can be done:

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about it.
Combat should've fixed itself if all of you died/left the raid at the same time. Perhaps somebody tried avoiding death (feign death, vanish) etc.
