Are we getting another fresh server after Frostmourne ?

Is there any news if there will be a new fresh server after Frostmourne ?

I see people say there will be , But I can't find anything official.

If there will be a fresh server, do we have an official date when it will launch ?

Yes, that was the whole model of Frostmourne from the start. It's seasonal, so it will run its course to the end of the Wrath of the Lich King content, and then it will be reset, starting over from the beginning of the expansion again. I don't believe there's an official set date yet, but it will be at some point after Frostmourne finishes the cycle.

I was just fishing for an exact date, But doesn't seem like there is one yet.

That's a date for the current one to end, not for the next one to start.
I wouldn't think or expect it to happen on the same day.
