1. Chargeback

    Hello. This Q is more for support staff, or the staff that work with refunds (coins). Because of this and i quote "We are experiencing a higher than usual volume of tickets. There is currently 151584 / 6000 tickets pending." I would like to write it here. I have recently made a purchase of 2 items on Icecrown server. May i refund these purchases?

    Because of the ticket system beeing full, I know that I can refund item 2 weeks after purchase. This is why I am writing it here.

  2. You can get a refund of the item if you make a ticket within 24 hours of buying the item. After that just wait your turn and it'll get refunded. Keep in mind it's not a try before you buy system and abusing refunds to try items will get your rights revoked.

  3. The ticket system issue is know and Staff is already aware. It seems to be taking all tickets ever created in consideration instead of just the open ones or something like that, but it should be fixed soon-ish. Still, like Thorbjorn said, you can create a misbuy ticket - not a refund of something you didn't like - within 24 hours of using the Coins, not two weeks. If your "recently" is longer than that you won't be able to declare a misbuy.

    Well there are terms of service and refund policy that you clearly haven't even taken a moment to read even thou you've accepted them creating your account.
