Bloody Rare & Frostbitten

Hi everyone!

I recently started Bloody Rare and Frostbitten achievement and i was wondering if there's a specific respawn time? Or once they're dead you need to wait for next server restart?
Do you have any idea?

You can use the following website to know where they spawn and what the respawn timers are (put your mouse over the spawn points):

Looks like most if not all of them are on an 8 hour respawn timer.
