Technical Autohotkey in PVP

Hello, I saw some streamers use autohotkey to gain advantage in pvp. Is it allowed?

While we are on the topic of hotkeys and such, i'm wondering is cast sequence macros considered a script from the community. (I know its legit since i've used it on hunter)
