WotLK Did not receive some bought-off items from the AH

Never happened before in 3 years, that's why I'm seeking help here.

So I was milling some classic herbs for low level decks and a huge amount was missing when I finished opening the mails. The missing herbs were worth around 2-3k so nothing really happens if I lose it but I did some very nice buyouts at a cheap price which does not happen quite often when it comes to low level herbs, that's why I'm mad that I lost them.

I'm using the easy buyout function of Auctioneer to purchase on the AH. Never had any issues with it so far. For posting and managing undercuts I'm using QA3 but that's been with me for over a year a now and no issues either. For mailbox management I'm using Postal and that's been with me since Day-1 as well.

BeanCounter function of Auctioneer also lists the missing items as " won on buyout" so they were indded paid for and purchased today:

So far I tried:
-Relogging ( of course )
-Unstucking char on site
-Buying some junk item on the AH to see if the herbs appear after it but no luck
-Completely turning off every addon
-Clearing cache
-Logging other chars to use the AH and see if they had the same issue but they did not.

A little extra if that matters: When I make decks I buy like 400-500 stacks / single herbs depending on how people put them up on the AH. You can only open 50 mails in 1 min so I usually start milling herbs while Postal automatically opens the mails to save time. Sometimes things get a little "buggy" while I'm milling + looting pigments + opening mails at the exact same time. Usually these bugs are minor and easy to solve but an issue like this never occured before.

I just don't want to get this issue while moving greater value so it's not these herbs that matter but the solutions to this problem.

Update: They appeared with a 2 hour delay. Still strange tho.

Hope they didn't find the massive stacks of coke I was smuggling in the herb crates.
