Technical PLDT ISP Lag issue

Hello warmane its very laggy every 8am(PHT) until 2am(PHT) midnight. then the lag dissapears. its been 3 days like every 2AM midnight the lag is gone. maybe u can fix it? because i cant play in the morning

im PLDT user too.. and its so annoying i cant play due the high latency issue

my location is in central visayas.. in-game latency is between 4k - 12k ms T_T
