Technical Lifting ban and re-banning in approximately 20 hours?

Hi y'all. I know this might be out of topic for thread but 1 day ago I got banned for ninja looting in dungeon (I've send ticket to support and they lifted it so I can say I'm clear about that). But thing is I literally got banned for same reason for ninja looting in dungeon when I literally didn't even play single dungeon therefore I physically couldn't even ninja anything so I want to know is this some kind of error or ban lift was for one day only? Excuse me if I'm writing this in wrong place but I couldn't send another appeal for 1 month as rules say so.

The 2nd report doesn't need to be within those 20 hours. It could've been made before your first ban but the GM just didn't read all the tickets and instead finished reading them the next day.
Whether it's a ban for the same situation or a different one I don't know and neither will you. You could've ninja looted 2 different dungeons or get reported by two different people in the same one. Idk if they check if those tickets are about the same issue or not, most likely yes. Wait it out and learn a lesson from this.

Im pretty sure its about same issue. One time it was misunderstanding and ban was lifted so idk. I definitely didnt ninja loot 2 different dungeons Im sure of it. thanks for reply anyways. reason why i got banned is funny but thats the other case. since ive done event achieves I can wait for extra 4 days lul. ty again.
