WotLK Account terminated due to BOT?

Good day everyone. My account got terminated due to bot. Is there any way we can get the exact details of this occurrence. I just got back from covid isolation and this is what welcomed me.

Edit: My in-game account was compromised. This is just sad that I lost all my characters without even knowing what actually happened and most especially my time on them with just a simple ban which I did not do. Anyway, time to move on with life then. Thank You warmane for the almost 12 years of fun. Good Luck everyone!
