WotLK Retrieve Screen Not Working

Hey there,

I tried to use warmane.com/account/retrieve system after i lost my registered email which is protecting with two factor authentication.
But isn't there any chaptcha or something below the select menu.So i cant retrieve my email and i cant reset my account informations because of this situation. is there anyone have the same problem as me?
