Technical confused.

so everytime i open WoW up it acts like its the first time iv ever opened it. more so meaning it plays intro and if i type my info in and save it, it does not. it like the whole client resets after i close/reopen it. is there any way too fix this?

Right-click the client folder and remove the Read-Only attribute. Apply -> OK.
