Long story short; this guy was one of the raid leads for the ICC25 pug that failed on Lord Marrowgar. A couple of hours later, he sends me this mail. The image is too big to link it in the image tag, so I'm just going to leave a link.

If you cannot open it, it basically says "Thanks for icc25", he sends me Dream Shard (lol), but with C.O.D. of 5000 gold. Of course I did not open it since I didn't expect it, but I was wondering if it is punishable? It's obviously a (terrible) scam attempt.

Yes it is. But you have to learn to use the print screen button first

Yes, that's against the rules, separating fools from their gold is bannable. Read how to properly report.
