Technical Screen Tearing, UI unloading

I play WotLK and have been have a major issue with the my entire UI completely disappearing and many assets that aren't the major world terrain vanish. The game then starts lagging very badly, almost the it is trying to load the zone but is having trouble. this usually occurs once I have been in the same area for more than 30 minutes.

Any help would be appreciated!
