Hi,i was farming for spellfire longsword in nm dungeon as priest for atleast 50 attempts and it still ddnt drop from mennu the betrayer and i start to wonder can it be dropped from him anymore?

First, yes it will eventualy drop.
Second, you are wasting time, you can't Tmog something you can not use (priests can not wield swords)
