I am trying to finish up all the Argent Crusade quests and so the Jagged Shard quest here https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13136/jagged-shards is what I'm trying to do. I killed some of the spiked ghouls before realizing that I needed to have the Spill Their Blood quest. However, when I was on it the shard never dropped and I complete and turned in the quest and still haven't been able to get it dropped. I'm wondering if this is bugged or there's another quest I need to have a prereq of here
