hello dears GM. my borther get lost his account, or he has hacked i dont know it have coins on it, he logged yesterday just fine. today its says account incorrect password. when he try to ask the email for reset password its not came, can you please help? thanks

Delete the infos. You're plastering your brother's account name and his email. Never a good idea to slap those two on a public forum.

If an account is already "hacked" you can trust that 99% of gold/items are gone in an instant.

ok so where i must put the info? i mean he got coins on that account. also i saw his character on armory its not deleted and got the gear put it on. also he got the authentication put it on, and no email for ip change came on his gmail. i can not put a ticket becouse tickets its for banning dont let me., so what can i do? please help

Email to [email protected] and wait. You should scan your computer for malware. If he has kept 2FA (email?) on, I'd recommend changing the password of his email, as it may also be compromised.

yes also, also he did not get any email from change of ip, or access for new location or something., he just went to log today, and its says password wrong, he ask for recovery password, and the email never came. thats all. we do that we scan and did not show any malwere or virus. also he already change his email, on his email he got 2fa to. so im not sure if its a bug a hack or something like that

If you don't have two factor authentication on you don't get any emails even if your ip address changes. Whoever did that changed the password and the email and has probably stolen all of your gold and gear so I would start over already.

the problem its that account got coins on it. i pretend use then to the character gear and so. and yes the account have two factor authenticator on it, thats why i think its weird meaby its a account problem on so. lest hope.
