So, I had two level 80 characters on my acc. I lastly played in October 2019. One of them - a 5.8k pala is gone (i can't remember the name). Is there any way to get that character back? I read that Warmane does not delete max level characters...

Uh if the paladin is gone someone most likely breached your account. Nothing they can do there. Make sure to change pass and set 2FA.
