Banned as a dungeon ninja.
As a Restoration Shaman, the critical option is very important, so I acquired the accessory with the critical option. Why is it a ninja?

Did it come with hit, or perhaps spirit? Maybe it wasn't mail? Perhaps you had better? Or perhaps it wasn't that item in question? Perhaps you were reported over another item.

You didn't even say the item. It might have a critical but it might also had hit, adn hit is not for healer!

Or it might have proc that works only on harmful spells > not healer option either
