Hello, could someone explain me where to buy a transfert from one realm to another and how do we get points to buy things in the points shop ?

the "transfer" service is available only when a realm is being shutted down.
So, at the moment is available only for old characters from "Frostmourne Season 1".
You can transfer those character to icecrown realm in that case:
https://www.warmane.com/account > SERVICE
Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm


You can start to collect point when you have at leats 1k achievement on your account (characters on "Frostmorune" and "Blackrock" realm do not count)
