    Retrieving and old account and character

    Hello,

    I am glad to write u after a long time, I stopped playing WOW for 5 years ago and I had characters on this account. I have played a lot and now when i am trying to start playing again i am seeing that my old characters are deleted. So i hope there is a chance and a way to get my character back. I would be very happy to hear positive answer about it.. I would like an opportunity to retrieve my old characters back and start playing WOW again. Hope to hear from you soon.
