Has anyone seen the Haunted Herring or Last Week's Mammoth cooking recipes drop lately? And if so, where? I believe they're supposed to drop off of Northrend Humanoids (among others) and I've both farmed for them and run plenty of dungeons/raids without seeing them.

I have every other Northrend cooking recipe and was hoping to finish up that achievement, but no luck yet.
