How can I put my character to other realm?

Short answer: no way except Frostmourne S1. Go to account > service > Frostmourne S1.
Long answer: it is impossible to import/export whatever character you have to whatever realm you'd want to. Doesn't matter what motivates you to do so, how good friends are you with someone. Neither do Warmane going to tolerate things like transfer/copy of character from other private servers.
