WotLK Best mage spec for PvE and best proffs for?

Hello so I started wotlk a few days ago and I have no idea whats best, i've played lots of TBC tho, anyway I just wanted to know whats the best spec for a PvE mage and whats the BiS proffs for it.

TTW is in demand, as one of highest damage specs in the game.

JC+BS is great stat wise, but I'd take JC+ENGI for all the cool tools, despite mage having Blink for movement.
