Forum Loss of bank alt character :(

I had a bank alt character that was level 1. When the seasonal realm merge came, I transferred all my characters to Icecrown.

I cannot transfer my level 1 bank alt to Icecrown because he is below level 10.

Is there anyway to recover this character or the items and gold?

Or is it lost to the bottomless void forever? D:
