Technical Video Settings / Auto Quest Accept

Good day to everyone,

I'm an another Blizz refugee. Downloaded/registered/Logged in. First thing every player does is sorts out Video Settings/Interface/Addons.
I've done all that and after leaving game and logging in again my Video settings are going back to default I mean Windowed Mode aka Windows 95. Every time I start wow.exe I get Terms and Conditions / User Agreement screen as well.

Can't find a way to stop Auto Quest accepting.

Ok well... Me being me and not reading forum like usual. Video Settings issue is sorted thanks to FAQ. Auto Quest Accept still ongoing issue.

Those are only the starting zone quests, and not all of them. After you're done with your starting zone, there's no auto-accept quests.

Auto-accept is on for low level quests.
