Lordaeron My characters are gone from lordaeron

I haven't played WoW in a little bit, but recently decided to play again.

When I opened up the lordaeron realm, it says (2) for 2 characters. Now I've read in another post that characters from lvl 1-30 got removed, so that explains one character not being there. The other one however was around lvl 50-55.

Is this a bug, or is it just removed due to inactivity? Is it fixable?

Someone likely broke into your account. Put 2 factor authentification in place so it doesn't happen again. Change your password aswell. You could see if you can still recover the character here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services > "Character restoration" but don't get your hopes up.

You can also send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask what happened but a reply might take a while.
