Realms Preparations for War

So I just joined the server (frostmourne) recently and was excited to get to 80 etc. Well I hit 77 and I thought that would open up the quest for me in Dalaran "Preparations for War". It didn't. So I went else where thinking it was because I wasn't 78... wrong. I checked in the bug tracker and it seems as though this has been reported and all reports have been dismissed... wtf? I mean why not try and make a fix? Been on several private servers where this is working......


Seems like a lack of desire to make a fix.
Kind of annoying to see a consistent reported bug be dismissed by support...

https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13418/...ations-for-war Clearly states "Added in 3.3" patch. Frostmourne isn't on patch 3.3 yet, it's on 3.1 with Ulduar as the main raid. That's why every report keeps getting dismissed. The quests added in 3.3 will be added when 3.3 gets released on Frostmourne.
