Technical opening crash

I am new and tried to make my first character, when i try to load in on my new character i am met with the pop up. ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition:

CMap:: SafeOpen () failed
World\Maps\Kalimdor\Kalimdor_32_11.adt

Press OK to terminate application



(is this what happens if you try to play alliance for the first time after being only horde, jk)

Could be a corrupt file.
Try forcing file recheck if you still got WoW in torrent or redownload from the website.7


After you fix that, make sure to do these 2 fixes to avoid further issues:
1.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
