High ping from Central Europe

I'm getting 200-300ms consistenly while playing on this server and I'm from central EU. It's especially annoying in PvP. I feel like it shouldn't be this high, my friend is sitting at ~60ms, similarly to other EU guys I've asked, even US player get around ~150ms. So I was just wondering if there are any other EU folks having this problem and what might be causing this?

Stating the obvious, but the other games are fine

Also doesn't matter if I'm running modified client or not, addons or not.
Always laggy :/

EDIT: Also getting rubberbanding when landing in a zone, respawning, etc. Like I'm trying to move and the server pulls me back to where i was a few times, if it makes sense.

You are not alone, several people specifically from Serbia have reported this problem lately.

Interesting. I'm from Poland and Vectra is my ISP. Maybe somebody somewhere might find this info helpful.
