Lordaeron Help - Missing Chars

Hi there,

I have been a very old user and haven't played for years. Recently somebody wanted to hack my account and remove 2FA but I changed my password and reactivated 2FA.

In any case, I logged in and saw that I have no characters on your servers. Since I am also premium user I remember actually buying some stuff on my char.

Could you please investigate. It's been years

I've similar problem, but my character didn't get hacked. Looks like something went wrong with backup copy and my character got restored back from few months ago and removed 2 my characters as well... I made a ticket and wrote email to warmane but still no reply if they will restore back my character.

on which realm were you playing? Some realms have been closed and some have been merged.
You can look at "Store" history to check where you have spent Coins:

I am a premium member and made a ticket already but someone answered once and it's silience since 3 days.. Clearly not my fault, cause even my honorable kills has been reduced..
