Is the realm frostmourne related to other realms in bg and arenas ?

BG = yes, but only if characters from other realms have the same gear available on Frostmourne
Arena = only with "blackrock season characters" (a new special mode enabled on Blackrock realm, those characters have the same gear available on Frostmourne)
