I bought a 80lvl Shaman as a twink. As I logged in and geard myself up, I just wondered because I cant use any totems. Where does this problem come from? Pretty sure its an bug.

How does one "buy a max level character as a twink"?
Are you sure the totem quests are completed on said shaman?

Seller didn't include any totem, not even the common Totem of Earthen Ring. Check shaman trainers for quests, if they have no quest to offer, google where to get Totem of Earthen Ring back. If that doesn't help, write an in-game ticket.

Or go to Grizzly Hills and do some daily quests for blue quality totem from venture trader near beacon
