Please help me to find a addon whitch will give me the opportunity to increase the indicator of the enemy bar so that it would be seen more. Look at my screenshot, my goal is .. the indicator is very small, I can hardly see it. how to increase the indicator keeping the standard blizzard interface.

If you're talking about the nameplates above the characters, you need TidyPlates or similar addon.
