WotLK Help! I cant equip my items after disconnection

I was playing normally, and suddenly the server disconnected me, then I went back online, and my character did not have the wrist item that I had previously equipped with a Wrathful part, I checked the mailbox and there was a message from Blizzard saying that there is An error when equipping the object, with the object inside the message, I took it to my inventory and when i tried to equip it on my own, the game tells me that I cannot equip more than one object of that type. But my wrist slot is Completely empty, who could help me?

I already deleted cache and wtf but nothing works, Help me please :C

make sure you don't have unique or jewelcrafters socket in it
