WotLK Lost reputation

So not a long ago i decided to transfer my mage from alliance to horde, everything went perfectly. I guess i wasnt checking everything, until now when i upgraded my shoulders and i needed enchant from Sons of Hodir. When i went there i could see that everything is reset, checked my rep tab and i see that they are not there. Is that how its supposed to be after faction change or it got bugged out?

Bugged out. Redo the questline if you can. If not, have a look on the bugtracker and see if it's reported.
