WotLK Is The Black Heart a tanking trinket? A hunter just took it.

I was in a ToC trinket farm as a DK tank and I was going for The Black Heart trinket. It dropped and most everyone passed. I needed and the hunter needed it too. He won it. We all asked why he did that as it is a tanking trinket. We asked him to trade it back to me but he just laughed and said he wanted all the trinkets, no matter what role it was for. Then someone suggested that I report him, but he laughed and said they wouldn't do anything. I have the screenshots to prove that he rolled need and won it. Do I have a chance at getting this item back or is the black heart some sort of quasi hunter trinket for a weird spec? Should I report him and try to get a GM to help? Or is there no chance?

yes, report him by opening a ticket in-game (upload SS somehwere, like imgur, and add them to your report)
