WotLK Horrible Stuttering

So i downloaded the game and all seemed to work fine, until i started to play...

Game stutters like no tomorrow and is unplayable pretty much fully. My pc is more than up for the task.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
ASRock B450 Pro4
16GB DDR4 1330Mhz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB

I updated my graphic drivers and it didnt help , stuttering came back in after few seconds in game. So , is there some old drivers that i need to install or how can i get this to work ? Would love to play some wotlk for nostalgia but currently in this state it is unplayable sadly.

EDIT : i do have 2 monitors on , not sure if that actually affects anything but i guess worth mentioning.
EDIT 2 : seems giving folder writing rights has worked for now (aka taking read only off) , stuttering is gone for now. Need to keep playing to see how it effects.

Disable hardware cursor.
It's caused by new Nvidia drivers (and as far as I can tell it's only issue with newer cards) so you can either reroll to old version or do as I said above.
