WotLK Issue with settings

Having an issue with my settings getting reset when I close out of the game and then relaunch. By this I mean it's acting like I'm starting it up for the first time. Having me agree to the ToS and then when I login I have to manually turn all the addons back on, and change my display settings around to where I want them again. I might just be missing something and I would greatly appreciate any input from someone who may either know whats going on, or had a similar issue and resolved this. Thank you!

Open your torrent client > remove WoW from it > restart PC > close torrent client if it's opened > move WoW folder to another location from where it is now (or put it in an extra folder) > right click WoW folder > remove "read-only" and apply to all subfolders
