Name/Inactivity Clean up

When is the next name/inactivity clean-up event? And what are the current rules? I searched the forums and found nothing. I was absent for a little over a year, and even though I have a premium account, my names where erased and other people claimed them. The ironic part is, the people who claimed the names have been inactive for over a year. So I'm curious if/when I'll get a chance to reclaim my characters names. Im also curious if my names where even erased during the inactivity clean up and not during the Frostmourne merger i.e. players from Frostmourne claimed my names when they transfered over after S1.

Edit: Just to add,specifically I had the name of Bearclaw since Feb 1, 2015 (The day the servers went back up after the moltdown) and I had it before the meltdown. Its currently being held by a Level 1 Warlock that is completetly inactive. I would like to have my name back considering Im suppose to be exempt from name/inactivity clean ups.

Names are removed (from any account be it Premium or not) if there is an attempt of selling or blackmail. Another special situation is if the name is offensive. When transferences occur, if there are characters with the same name in the destination realm, the older character in that realm, keep it.

Correction: they are removed in clean-ups as well. These rules existed since 2017 (the first clean up).
